Art Deco building north facing well maintained, my apartnent is styled with retro pieces and beautiful art. Renovated about 3 yrs ago and now just putting some finishing touches to it. Kitchen and bathroom are the only areas that are still original from the 70's. I have currently added a new appliances, gas cooktop, gas oven and a convention commercial microwave all of stainless steel. The kitchen is quite large, plenty of room to cook. The bathroom has two more additions that will be done very soon. I won't be revealing what they are online. The room I'm renting out is on the smallish side but gets the sun for most of the day, it's located at the front of the apartment. It is situated on top of a small business owned and run by the landlords, who are amazing and really friendly. Foxtel and Internet are included in the rent. The bedroom is a good size and can fit a double/queen sized bed, with room for a bedside table and chest of draws. There are large floor to ceiling built-ins with lots of storage space. An added advantage is there is a loft for extra storage space. The bedroom is carpeted and away from the living spaces.
