The house is home, a little old and run down looking from the outside but it keeps the burglars out lol. Does not have air-con and heater is used wisely during winter since its an old inefficient system. We clean the house every week and like to have a clean place to live in,it doesn't smell. We smoke occasionally on the weekends if we having some drinks and talking but other than that we always pretty tired to party hard like in our 20's.But I wont judge if that's your thing. We have evaporative heating and cooling, cool little laundry shoot, spacious laundry and cute lil chill balcony upstairs and a small backyard with a cute chill area outside. This house is only a literal 2 minute drive to Caroline springs shopping centre (the heart of Caroline springs), a 2 minute walk to the lake and PTV is very easy to get to. The shops are a 7 minute walk and a beautiful lake around the corner. I have just put some stuff in the room for the pictures to show that you can fit heaps into the house but I will move all the stuff into the garage when you move in... It's not that messy haha :) We have good unlimited internet and split all the household maintenance such as cutting lawns. We're pretty laid back people but all we ask is that you help out around the house every now and again, and if you break something, you are responsible for replacing it and is respectful towards others and their stuff.
