This property is a large unit (it really feels more like a house). It is a 5-10 minute drive to Water gardens shopping center and to two train stations. It has a small decked area out the back with a BBQ, large lounge room with big TV and well equipped kitchen. There is a sliding door which kind of separates the unit in to 2 sections. The person who moves in would have their bedroom in this separate area which also contains the 3rd bedroom, the laundry the second toilet and the 2nd bathroom. We only really use that end of the unit to use the laundry. The third bedroom has a bed in it and is used as a spare room for guests. We're happy for the housemate to make use of the spare room for their guests too :)
