We're on the 38th floor looking directly on to Melbourne (cover photo is one i took on my not-so-great camera phone). The whole apartment has a really open feel about it with windows everywhere. The building is only a year old and has all the usual amenities like pool/gym/spa/library, community garden on the 9th floor BUT for us lucky buggers in the top 5 floors, we have a private rooftop garden on the 39th, it's awesome. The room is pretty big and has an entire wall for the built-in-wardrobe (the mirrors in the room) and the room comes with a chest of drawers, a desk, and a storage cabinet. The only thing you need to bring is a mattress, but that can be arranged as well. The living room/ kitchen is all fitted with modern stuff including a super sexy TV. You'll be living with 2 other guys, we're both pretty busy but we regularly have a drink on the balcony(fitted with a couch) just to relax.
