The apartment has everything including bed, couches, TV, dining table, washing machine, dryer, a fully functional kitchen including oven, microwave, kettle, pots and pans and all that is required for a comfortable living. You only need your suitcases and you are set. The apartment is in an excellent location and in the free tram zone. The tram stops are right outside the apartment with routes 70,75,11,48,86,30 all within a minutes walk. Southern cross station, DFO is literally just a five min walk. There is a Skybus stop as well right outside that makes travel to airport quite convenient and inexpensive. This place is near to all that Docklands has to offer, including parks, the Marvel stadium, cafes, restaurants, malls, supermarkets,pubs, breweries, the District Docklands mall which has Melbourne's best HOYTS cinemas, Library at the Dock etc and the beautiful waterfront. A 10 min walk along the pier is all you need to lift your spirits. The trams would also take you to the city, RMIT, Melbourne uni etc quite conveniently. The room itself is quite big and fits a queen bed, two side tables, dresser etc comfortably. There are full length floor to ceiling windows in the room and there is direct access to the balcony as well. The utility bills will be shared equally among us and usually quite low.
