Unfurnished room in a flatshare

We are currently three in our beautiful CBD apartment, but me and Michel are leaving to move in together. Sam will be the only tenant remaining, and looking for two new housemates for the two rooms that will be unoccupied. We are looking for people to move in by 6th on June the latest. The three of us became really close and got on really well. We respected the house, cleaned on a roster, and most importantly, we were really respectful of each other. The apartment itself has two levels. The base level houses the living area, the kitchen, one of the bedrooms, the laundry and a small bathroom. The second level houses the larger bathroom with the shower, and the two remaining rooms. The house will be mostly furnished, but you might need to fill some gaps with Sam and the third flatmate when it comes to kitchen appliances and getting a television. We have huge double length windows that let in so much light. It's super close to everything; trams 11,48,109,12,70,75 and Southern Cross Station, woolies metro, fast food, and a million 7/11s. The complex has a pool, sauna, spa, and small gym that’s all free to access. The rent is split evenly between the three tenants ($975/m) and paid on the first of every month, water is included, there’s no gas running through the apartment, and electricity is billed monthly. Runs about $40 per month per person, Internet is $20/m, it's unlimited with TPG (bills are split evenly in between the three tenants) We’re looking for two people who are truly long term and will sign the lease. The lease ends March 2020, but Sam plans on staying much longer as you’ll understand why once you set foot in this beautiful building and apartment. If this sounds like paradise to you, you can contact us :)

Unfurnished room in a flatshare

Docklands, Melbourne

Unfurnished room in a flatshare

We are currently three in our beautiful CBD apartment, but my two housemates are leaving to move in together (our apartment brought them together) and now being the only tenant remaining, I’m looking for two new housemates for the two rooms that will be unoccupied. The three of us became really close and got on really well. We respected the house, cleaned on a roster, and most importantly, we were really respectful of each other. These are all things that I would love to have with a new group of people in the house. The apartment itself has two levels. The base level houses the living area, the kitchen, one of the bedrooms, the laundry and a small bathroom. The second level houses the larger bathroom with the shower, and the two remaining rooms. My room is on a mezzanine that overhangs the lounge room. One of my walls is open, so as far as sound is concerned, most of the base level and my bedroom is one big room. This does mean that past about 10pm when I go to bed, the quieter the house is the better, but I’m cool too so if you have guests over on the weekend, no worries if you stay up later. I’ll work with you and you’ll work with me. What is also allows for is some really sweet ambience with HomePod in my room. Play some music and it’ll fill the whole house. Quick fire round of info you might want to know: Bills are sent to an account and paid out asap. Rent is paid on the first of every month, nice and easy. A cleaning roster will be kept. Big believer in don’t waste a walk, so if you see something that needs to go in the rubbish and you’re walking past it, do your bit. If we all do our little bit, the whole place is super nice for everyone. I’m thinking of trying out the “sit down coffee table is the dining table” thing because it’s cozy and cute. The house will be mostly furnished, but we might need to fillsome gaps when it comes to kitchen appliances and getting a television. We have NBN and it’s about as reliable as the NBN. No traffic noise from Spencer St, but we do get a bit of train noise but you get used to it pretty quickly. We have huge double length windows that let in so much light in the summer. It's super close to everything; trams, trains, v-line, woolies metro, fast food, and a million 7/11s. The complex has a pool, sauna, spa, and small gym that’s all free to access. Now onto everything technical. The rent is split evenly between the three tenants ($975/m), water is included, there’s no gas running through the apartment, and electricity is billed monthly. Runs about $40 per month per person. Internet is $20/m, it's unlimited with TPG. We're still dividing up the shared furniture so we have may to buy new living room furniture as a newly minted household. We’re looking for two people who are truly long term and will sign the lease. The lease ends March 2020, but I plan on staying much longer as you’ll understand why once you set foot in this beautiful building and apartment. If this sounds like paradise to you and hit me up and tell me a bit about yourself.
