Wanting to find a nice person that is clean and respectful of others. Rent is $315 a fortnight (roughly about $157.5 a week, but I pay in fortnightly blocks!) and bills are additional and split fairly. If you want to move in for a shorter period, we can increase the rent a tiny bit so it can include bills instead of splitting! Our house's location is simply great. We're at walking distance from the Parade and its cosmopolitan atmosphere with important cafes, restaurants and shops. The closest bus stop is number # 11 which is ideal for a student or young professional working in the CBD. It takes about 10 minutes by bus to reach the eastern part of the city.
