Hi I’m katy! I love living in the bright warm apartment. Walking distance to all the shops and transport, free street parking and a space with the apartment if you need it. The room has huge walk ins and I keep a tidy home. I love my own space but a wine here and chat/Netflix is nice too 😊. I am a makeup artist and hairdresser so I work a lot. I have a cat, but he has a cat door inside my room and doesn’t go to the bathroom inside the house. There are a double sized bed and a large wardrobe in the room. There are light rail and a park near the flat. Just 1 minute away. And the surrounding environment is very quiet. It is very good for students who study in Sydney. The public transport is also very convenient. It only takes you 25 minutes if you take light rail to central station and city. Also, it takes you 25 minutes to Sydney University if you take bus route 426 or 428. And 40 minutes to UNSW by bus 418. There is also a train station called 'Lewisham'. It takes you 15 minutes walk. Meanwhile, it takes 7 minutes to the supermarket IGA, so if you want to buy food or other stuff. It is convenient. Also, there are some fresh fruit and vegetation and bread shops near IGA.
