There is a laundry available for use in the main house (accessable from outside) with new front loading washing machine and new dryer, but there is a large hills hoist washing line also. Kitchen has microwave, oven and double hotplate included. Really dont want party people as my days of partying are over, looking for someone who is quiet. Dont mind if you smoke as long as its OUTSIDE. House is in the heart of marrickville, Bus is at the door, train is 7 minute walk away, shops/ food etc almost at the door.

Well, I'd say the natural light that my home is bathed in. Then there's how close everything is... Lewisham train station 4 min walk away, Newtown 3 train stops away, Lewisham light rail 8 min walk away. Cafes up the road, great food down the road. It's all here. My rent is $500 a week, and that's what I'm looking to rent it out for. As you can tell by my images, it's a gorgeous place. The living room is currently bare, because I've sold a few things recently, with the intent on replacing them. Only ugly thing is the carpet. Squint your eyes, and you won't even notice.
