The apartment is close to the light rail which is a 20 min ride to the city. We are close to a large number of shops and have am amazing cafe across the road from us. We have Netflix on the main tv. A balcony with a nice view. And feel free to use my ps4 whenever you want. We have a cat who is friendly.

The house is in a perfect location, 2 minutes to the shops, bus stops, and lightrail, 15 minutes to lewisham and dulwich hill stations. Very quiet street and friendly neighbourhood. You will have your own toilet, however, the shower will be shared with another person.
Great location, it’s located next to the cook river and park . About 10’ walk to Dulwich Hill station, cafe and rétaurant. If you vehicle less then bus 412 right at the front take you straight to city. And also plenty of parking spots around.
The best thing about this place (aside from a cool housemate) is it's location and the brightness of the house. The house has a lot more light than what the photos depict and a small balcony. There are busses on our street, the light rail is right across the road and Dulwich Hill train station is a short walk away. There are too many cafes to choose from around the area, as well as a supermarket and few a cute parks. It is a nice balance of being super close to the city and access to transport, but just far enough away from it all that the vibe of the area is quite relaxed. The house itself I have furnished; washing machine, fridge, kitchen appliances etc. So all you really need to bring is yourself and your bed. My housemate has also offered to leave behind her clothing rack and bedside table if you would like them.

Our dear friend is moving for a sea change and we're looking to for somebody likeminded to share this homely space with. The room up for grabs is spacious, and easily fits a desk and king size bed. There's also huge built-in wardrobes and plenty of floor space for activities too! The house is situated on a corner, therefore we only have one neighbour; a sweet old greek lady who gives us Greek sweets and loves a chat. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful cooks river where you can spot many a pelican and wander in the native vegetation. It's close to public transport - 5-12 minute walk away (tram, buses, train station), grocery shops (big IGA) and cafes. There's always parking available and you can access the house through the backyard, which is home to an ever growing bunch of herbs and seasonal plants (recently zucchini, tomatoes and okra). There is a cosy sunroom/reading room/chill-out room at the back of the house and close by a laundry/second toilet.

We have a huge backyard which is good for picnicking and a beautiful light-filled kitchen. The house also comes with high-speed NBN, great heating, a huge backyard, tonnes of houseplants, and a recently acquired Xbox (this list is non-exhaustive).
