Hello, We are look for an easy going, clean, friendly person to join us in our house. We do not want any party people and must go on the lease. Must meals are spent together but necessarily a must. The house is a large older style building with loads of natural light and quite large common areas. The kitchen has all the normal amenities plus a dishwasher. There is a large under house garage which is connected to the basement, however this is a working space/ storage space not purely a storage. The garage can fit 2 cars and we are flexible about who parks there. There is also separate workshop under the house which we currently use for our projects but are more then happy to share the space. The room is the smallest of the 3 but large enough fit a desk, bed and wardrobe. You will be living with 2 professional 24 year old males named Joshua and Tom. We are only 400m from Pascoe Vale train station station with shops, cafes, pubs and other transportation within walking distance.
