Martin is 26 and works in a detention centre. He's also a really friendly, chilled out guy. He works long hours though so isn't around a lot of the time. The apartment is older style, but a great size and location for the price. Essendon train station is an 8 minute walk away and the train takes about 15 minutes into the city. Hey I have a beautiful three bedroom house up for rent. You can have the main bedroom which has an ensuite. Strathmore station is a one minute walk but you cant hear the trains! Perfect distance. The room is huge approx 4m X 3.5m. Has a walk in robe with lots of storage and a private ensuite. House is large with two large living areas and i just purchased beautiful new couches for the loungeroom which also has a 55" TV. I have a washing machine and dish washer also. It is on the top level of the house, walk in wardrobe, ensuite and an enclosed balcony (perfect for a study desk). Bills are kept simple and we have included it in the rent.
