It is so convenient for getting to the city, or alternatively the hills or even the beach is not that far away. There are four bedrooms in the house. Two have permanent occupants (female and a couple) The kitchen is fully equipped. A gardener will mow the lawn and do some garden clean-ups periodically, but house-cleaning needs to be organised on a roster or else the occupants can agree to share the cost of a cleaner. Two cats come with the property and although cat food is supplied, occupants are asked to feed them and to give an occasional cuddle. There is also a blue-tongue lizard who visits the back deck so a water bowl is left topped up. He/she eats some cat biscuits occasionally, but also likes a couple of bits of banana. The house is air-conditioned and heated, and wifi is available. There is plenty of room inside the house for people to have their own space, and the back deck is available for al fresco dining. There is an additional toilet downstairs and I have my own en-suite, so you will only sharing with the one other person. Both rooms will fit a double bed, although one more comfortably than the other. the larger room also has a built in robe. The smaller room currently has a queen bed in it. Please note: The furniture in the rooms is almost all available to buy from the previous flatmates. they have not removed it yet but are planning on doing so. Its a fairly good house for entertaining but I work long hours so parties are fine but infrequently and with notice. Im pretty chill and appreciate a beer or two down the Alma which is less than 100m away on the corner, and there are 2 other pubs/bars within a 5min walk, plus The Parade a 5min walk away. There is a gym (Derrimut) on the street (5min walk) and bus stops to town less than 5mins away. Within Uber Eats boundaries and there is some fantastic food in this part of town! Internet is TPG ADSL, and is split monthly, and an allowance is made within the rent for some household amenities like dishwasher tablets, toilet paper etc... Bills are split evenly when they arrive
Cute house 2 minutes walk to the Parade (the best end ;), the best foodland in town and brunch haunts a-plenty! Super relaxed and comfy home, fully furnished. The living room has a cinema style Apple TV for Netflix etc, and the kitchen is kitted out with everything needed to make delicious food. If, unlike me, you can actually cook... The garden is spacious with views of palm trees and the Hills behind it. There’s plenty of scope for more to be done in it too, incase you have green fingers. Your room can be furnished (bed, bedside table, floor lamp, fan) or unfurnished, depending what suits your situation. There’s a large double wardrobe built into the room, and a great positioning for sunsets. No aircon in the room, but it doesn’t get the full heat of the day so the back room is hotter. The bathroom is right next door, and there’s an extra toilet downstairs incase there’s a queue situation! The laundry room has a brand new washing machine in it. There’s also a few shelves of storage in the hall if you need it, and loads of space outside if you have stuff that can be stored safely. Internet isn’t amazing (because, Norwood...) but it’s included in the rent and unlimited. Parking is on-street, but could be negotiated depending on frequency of usage. Fortnightly cleaner included in the rent, other bills extra.
