My partner and I share the main bedroom and ensuite. We are friendly and sociable although not a party house. We work professional hours. We have a dog (Moki) who is a 2 year old Sheppard X. She is very friendly and spends most of her time with us. The house has all modern features such as heating/cooling, alarm system, outdoor entertaining area etc. The house is fully furnished including the room available (although can be unfurnished if needed). Close to Norwood and the city. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk as is Coles supermarket. Goodlife gym is a 3 minute drive and Anytime Fitness is a 5 minute drive. The house is a non-smoking house. But feel free to smoke at the backyard :) Unlimited internet bill is included in the rent but the other bills, such as water, electricity, and gas, will be divided by 2. The house is fully furnished. The living room has 2 seat couch, big TV with Netflix. Kitchen has all the appliances and cookeries. Only things you need to bring is you and your belongs. The house is in 15 minutes zone from the city. A bus stop for bus 106 is in 3-5 minutes walking distance. Aldi is almost crossed road. Also, UniSA Magil campus is 10-15 minutes by a bus from the house. If you ride bicycles, it will be much easy for you as well. Parking on the street is free and very safe.
The great value about this property is the position. Walking distance to Marden shopping center. Just 10m drive from the city; It is really close to bus stop in case you don't drive. There is air-conditioning in the leaving room. I Never needed. The house is double brick and it stays cool thanks to the trees that are all around the property.
