Our apartment on Nicholsen Street is situated in a secure apartment complex which is close to the city. It lies in between Lygon Street and Brunswick Street so there is plenty of access to foods, gyms, shops etc. It is only a 15 minute walk into the CBD. The walk through the Carlton Gardens is lovely. Or if in a hurry, there is a 96 tram running right out the front of our apartment complex that runs straight through to Bourke Street. The apartment has a spacious kitchen and lounge areas. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a bath and shower. The apartment is all furnished excluding the bedroom (that you will take over). We have an air conditioner/heater in the lounge and a washing machine in a small area opposite the kitchen. This apartment is ideal for students at the University of Melbourne or RMIT University.
