I love our house for so many reasons. Firstly it's big and spacious so we never feel like we're in each other's personal space but it also has a great common area with heaps of natural light where we can hang. There are tram lines at both ends of the street so it's easy to get into the CBD but we're also walking distance from Edinburgh Gardens, Brunswick Street and a million other cafes and bars. The room itself is ROUGHLY 4x4 and has just been renovated so it has fresh new walls and floors. It has a wall-mounted heater/aircon and not one but TWO built-in wardrobes so plenty of storage space. Amazing new apartment just off Smith Street. Close to heaps of bars and cafes (it seems like a new one opens every other day). Just a short walk to Brunswick Street (5min) & Johnson Street (3 min). The city tram goes right past the building. Supermarket 7 min walk. Very new building with unbelievably well kept common areas. Shared rooftop terrace area with city views. Simple and stylish 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with plenty of natural light on the 4th floor. Super clean and only 3 years old. Kitchen and bathrooms are very contemporary and well designed. I've got most things sorted: Washing machine and dryer, TV, BBQ etc. The bedroom is generously proportioned with built in robe and huge north facing windows looking towards North Fitzroy. Study nook with reading light and TV outlet in bedroom. The apartment has a relatively generous living space and a large, quiet, east facing balcony with views towards Abbotsford and Kew. You'll regularly see a sky full of hot air balloons in the morning. I've also got quite a few plants.

Located in one of the hippest neighborhoods in Melbourne, right on the edge of the CBD the area is a hub for the Melbourne live music scene and the Arts in general so there is no shortage of color, activities, parks, lively restaurants and bars just minutes walk from the front door (we save a fortune on transport costs) of this spacious beautiful old Victorian home that has just recently had a make over. We love that we are so close to everything but still have a nice big green back yard that feels like we aren't.
