We're in a great little spot, which is 5 minutes walk from Westgarth cinema, Terra Madre and heaps of cafes. Eddy gardens and Northcote plaza are both 15 minute walks away for all your dog watching and affordable grocery shopping needs. Public transport is also great - short walking distance from Rushall, Merri, Westgarth stations and the 86 and 11 trams. Plus some buses which I forget the names of. There's also a bunch of bike tracks if you're coordinated enough to ride one (I am not, however you are welcome to use my bike which currently receives very little love) The building has 8 flats in total and the neighbours are lovely. The flat itself is in really good knick (nick?) despite being pretty old (as you can see by the hideous, or rather, kitsch, salmon paint) - that's why the rent is so cheap! The landlords are really nice and the agent is good at keeping on top of things, the house is very good at staying cool in summer and warm in winter and she's right on Merri Creek which is bloody nice to walk along. I have a netflix account and a playstation 1 (crash bandicoot included) you are more than welcome to use, and there's a dishwasher and washing machine. Internet is NBN which means it's relatively stable except for occasional hiccups (thanks Malcolm). House rules wise - At the moment we share stuff like salt/sugar/bread/bananas but if you're not into that it's all good. I'm not a neat freak nor am I a slob. My room itself is kind of organised chaos but I'm not grotty. You should note - Bruce is a very fluffy cat, so those with allergies will have a rough time despite the fact I do my best to groom her/vacuum in order to prevent shedding.

There's a car spot out the back, permits for street parking available. Our balcony faces north/west so it’s direct sun all arvo (perfect position to dry the clothes). Great spot to chill out. Your room would be the one behind the bathroom. I'm in the front room that has the surfboard... hasn't seen a wave in 12 months :) Looking for a 3-6 month roomie with the possibility of staying on.
