We have 2 bedrooms but only 1 available (king size bed) as the other is now a reading/ sitting room. The shower is in the bath. The kitchen is a little tired but neat and clean and we have all the most common appliances. The stove is a gas cooktop and oven. Of course we have all the usual media and wi-fi in the house. Normal TV (recordable) is available. In addition to the rent you will pay a monthly fee for wi-fi,$80. We have solar panels so electricity is always under $250/month. There is gas for cooking, hot water and heating. No air-con. We will pay the water account as we require the garden to be watered regularly.
