The unit was been freshly painted when I moved in six months ago and is in a good, clean condition. The unit consists of two bedrooms, a clean and tidy bathroom and laundry as well as a study that looks out onto the communal garden as well as a big lounge. The room would comfortably accomodate a double or single bed, it has no wardrobe but there are two sets of large drawers that you are welcome to use if you wish, if not the drawers can be removed. The room that is available is a bit hard to photograph but previous people have had a double/single bed in there with two large sets of drawers comfortably. You are welcome to bring any furniture or appliances you have to add to the unit and there is also room in the study for anything you are unable to fit in the room. I own all appliances and furniture in the unit including a washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer which you are welcome to use. It is located close to shopping mall and train station (15 minute walk) with regular trains to the city (taking around 10 mins) as well as frequent buses on Parramatta Road. The unit is very quiet and clean. I have Netflix and Stan connected through Apple TV which I am happy to pay for but you are welcome to use. I would also consider getting Foxtel if interested. Internet costs are including in the rent and the only other bill is the power bill which comes every quarter. We can split the house hold items such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
