The room available is a large room with built ins and a ceiling fan but is not furnished. You will have your own full bathroom with a bath but it is also the guest bathroom when there are visitors which is rare. There is a great sized courtyard outside with fake lawn so no maintenance but if you like gardening you can plant some pot plants. There is a clothes line out there but also a dryer inside. There is a rumpus room upstairs which is set up as a second lounge room with a couch and apple TV. However I also do my study up there but if I am studying you have the lounge room downstairs. The large downstairs lounge room also has an apple TV and both TVs have a Netflix subscription and if you use a MAC laptop/iPhone you can link your laptop/phone to the tv. There is a total of 3 bedrooms so you can have guests come to stay in the 3rd furnished bedroom. There is gas heating and AC downstairs but I will be getting ducted AC installed in all rooms through out the year. During winter the place is nice and warm without the heater, although I don't mind it being used as much as needed to be comfy. I also have a little electric heater for your room if you want to use it. I keep the place fairly clean and tidy and am looking for a housemate who is the same. Strictly no smokers.
