Hi! I am moving out of my current share house at the beginning of December as I am done with uni and leaving Newcastle. It is a lovely and spacious house in Wallsend with tall ceilings and wooden floor. The large kitchen and living room is one area and is equipped with an aircon (/heater in winter), but large doors and windows allow for a cool breeze in the summertime. The room is available from early December until early January, depending on what date the other girls are moving out. If you would potentially like to take over the lease of the house, that could be arranged, but for now we are only looking for someone to stay for the month that it will be vacant. The house is fully furnished and equipped, but the bed is the only piece of furniture that would be left in this room.
