The other bedroom of equal size has floor boards like the lounge and has a large glass sliding door (instead of window) leading to veranda which should be idea for anyone that's a smoker (since smoking is outside only) and may be of benefit if you had a pet such as a dog. 2min walk to bus stop. The house is located in the good part of Frankston North (not the pines). The current rate for total of utility bills is less than $30pw which would be split evenly between housemates (less than $10pw between 3 of us). Willing to consider someone of almost any age or gender as long as you have a great personality, references and willing to do your fair share of the housework. Much prefer someone that's friendly and employed that is willing to contribute in some way to the household (such as content and/or good vibe) so you will feel it's your home as well. Many people believe the best housemates are ones that you won't have to see in your home, however I am different - I encourage good company. The house is modern and very user friendly. Walk to the shops, bus out the front on Seaford road. My current flat mates and I chipped in for a cleaner every fortnight, I’d like to do this with new flatmates as well. Room is upstairs in a 3 bedroom townhouse and bathroom would be shared with a flatmate. (My bedroom is downstairs, so we all have a little privacy) There is an outdoor courtyard that catches the afternoon sun and breeze with an outdoor setting and water fountain. Roomy kitchen, separate powder room for guests and all new appliances bought this year (fridge, washer, dryer, bar fridge!) Prefer employed full time, non smoker, no pets, no children and clean person.(not couples) *Might sound like a strong criteria, but it's worked for over 2 years now with like minded people getting along well with never a harsh word*
