About the flatmates
I am a 33yr old female full time nurse, I live with my 11 year old dog, I own the property but hoping to rent out a bedroom with someone else to help with the mortgage and company. It is a 3 bedroom house but 1 bedroom is used as a study/gym/junk room- can be yours if you need more space.
There is a front and back garden with a deck out the back- I will take care of garden maintenance. Pretty easy going and flexible with arrangements. Car park is included.
Myself and my dog will be in and out of home for the next 3 months so the house will be ultimately yours- just please keep the house tidy.
All bills to be split but free unlimited internet.
