You don't need to bring any furniture, just yourself. Public Transport and Amenities: Camberwell is a popular inner city eastern suburb. There are fantastic little cafes and bars in walking distance, including lots of shops and amenities. The station is a 5 minute walk and then it's 20 minutes to the city by train (15 if express). Swinburne University is also a 20 minute walk through the park and takes me 5 minutes on my bike. We have recently moved into this place and just love it! So convenient being located close to Chapel St, Malvern and High St. Close to all the cafes, bars, public transport and grocery stores so a car definitely not required to get around. The house is super charming with beautiful hard wood floors, modern updates and has a great open plan living/kitchen/dining for catching up. It also has a great semi-under cover courtyard in the back which we are keen for summer to enjoy. Our house is fully furnished so don't need to bring anything but yourself. However, we are open to new things so just let us know. We currently have the bedroom furnished but are more than happy to clear the room if you have your own furniture to bring.

Hi We one bed available now and second on the 24/6 or a full room can be made available. We have a large apartment with three bedrooms with one set of bunks (which can be separated if required) in each room. The bedroom are a good size so there is plenty of room. Great location, beds, bedding, rooms have robes, fully equipped kitchen and laundry (washing machine and dryer), bills and WIFI included. In the building there is a good sized gym, lap pool and spa. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance (but it doesn't all have to be paid on the first day). Honesty and trust are my drivers. I am happy to show you around. There are a great bunch of people in the apartment and everybody is really friendly. We have a cleaner go through once a week. P.S. I don't live at the property.
