Also, if you don't have a car but a bike, there is plenty of space at the carpark for the bikes. Rent is $190 per person per week including all bills and internet (bigger room), or $180 per person per week (second room). No pets allowed (sorry). I love pets, but not in the apartment :/ It is just easier :) At the moment, there are four people in the apartment. Everyone is really chill and nice. Great environment. However, they are all leaving soon at different times. One girl is leaving on June 2 (in two weeks). Another girl is leaving on June 14 (3 weeks and a half). These two girls are sharing one room (bigger room). One boy is leaving on June 23. Another boy is leaving on July 7. These two boys are sharing the second room. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. We are looking for CLEAN, tidy, honest, no party, PAY ON TIME people. The only negative about this property is that it’s on the 4th floor with no elevator. Location is unbelievable, cafes, pubs and a train station and tram stop within a 3 minute walk. The photos are from the real estate and don’t resemble the furniture we have here but it does come furnished except the bedroom. The bond etc can be discussed at a later date.
