Its a very spacious home with a great back yard full of fruit trees!
Only a short walk to Ardeer V/Line Station - and an express trip into Southern Cross Station.
Close to all the fantastic Vietnamese restaurants in Sunshine!
We're a pretty chill household but love to share a meal or banter in the Kitchen.
The room is currently furnished with a queen bed (can be removed).
Not suitable for couples or pets - sorry!
