Just a 20 min walk to Monash. The House is 3 bedrooms, and I am only looking to rent out 1 room to leave the third as a spare, or study or for some other random other use for both of us. The house has a shared bathroom (both shower and tub) with a separate toilet. It has quite a big front yard space and a large rear garden so if you like to garden this is a place for you (although you don't have to) and it should be a great place to have a bbq in summer. Off street parking is also available. Large shed for parking or storage. Currently the room is unfurnished, but I can organise a bed if necessary. The two pictures showing built in wardrobe and window are the room for rent. The 1/2 share of rent for the house is 200pw plus extra for water, gas, electricity and internet (currently not connected but will be soon). The extra costs will be split equally between us. I estimate the combined internet/power/gas to be 25pw, not sure about the water. I guess it depends on how long you like to shower haha. The house is very close to both Monash Clayton and Deakin University, along with train stations, The Glen and the Burwood One shopping complex all within 10 minutes drive. Getting to the city is about 25-30 minutes by train and the same by car if not in peak hour.
