Hello there! We have two rooms available to rent in our lovely big house right on the cusp of Essendon & Brunswick West. The first room that we have available has two seperate sections, a bedroom area and a lounge/study section separated by a door, as well as a big double wardrobe. This room is $220 per week plus bills. The second room is a large room at the front of the house with lots of beautiful natural light and a big double wardrobe. This room is $215 plus bills. I have included as many photos as I could but some are from previous tenants and we have different furniture now. Bills approximately $20 per month for internet, $20 per month for Foxtel (negotiable, we might get rid of it). $80 per quarter for electricity, $30 for gas, and $40 for water. This is per quarter (3 months). These two rooms share the main bathroom (with spa bath). No one else's uses that bathroom. There are 5 bedrooms in total, 3 of them have ensuites and the other 2 do not. We're all very busy professional people and it's a rare (and exciting) event for us all to be home at the same time. The ideal housemate will be a happy and friendly busy bee like us, someone that is up for a chit chat and a wine here and there but has a life of their own. At the moment we are 2 girls and 2 guys aged 20 to 27. We are not fussed if you are a girl or a guy - as long as you are a generally clean and tidy nice person. The shared spaces include the kitchen (with walk-in pantry),one big main lounge room with foxtel, a separate dining room, and a 2nd lounge room/guest bedroom, the laundry which has a washing machine and dryer. Hey potential flat mate!! You'll totally love this place! Its a unit which was recently renovated before I moved in 2 years ago. There's a small backyard and its 12 mins walk from 2 different train lines. 15 mins drive off peak you're in the city or 25 mins by train to Flinders Street Station. There's air con and ducted heating. Bills are cheap because its a small but decent sized place. Everything is all set up including Netflix! The room currently has a queen bed in it and a desk so feel free to use any of it. The bed is a Queen and practically never been used.

It's in st kilda east and only a 5 min walk to trams and 10min walk to balaclava train station. It's a very clean and tidy unit and your room has a comfy double bed and doors opening to a small yard. Smoking is OK in the yard but not inside. It has security entrance and on street parking if you have a car. It's $200 pw all bills included for a single or $300 for a couple. I don't ask bond just in advance which makes it flexible as I realise people with a whv sometimes have to move without much notice to chase work
