Shouldn't cost to much individually. There is off street and plenty of on-street parking i.e. No restrictions on street parking. The street is nice and quiet with not much traffic but 5 minutes to M11 and M3. The housemates are quiet living and not in the habit of partying. House rules Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves, especially in the communal areas. Be respectful with other people living in the house. No smoking. No foul behaviour. No pets.
