Hey there my gorgeous little unit in seaford is quite homely and cosy. I have a cat who is sort of half indoor half outdoor cat. You will get alot of love from her so i hope you're not allergic to cats. I don't party but love to have friends over for food and chilling. We are a 3 minute drive to the beach and train station. There is public transport within walking distance and also shops within walking distance. We have heating and air con. I'm growing my own veggies in the backyard at the moment and would love to work on a few more things for example a compost. The house is close to the Karingal shops both the hub and village, close to hospitals, schools, parks, public transport and the beach is nearby. The house is modern, clean and spacious 3 bedroom house with one bathroom and seperate toilet. There is a large TV and air conditioner in the living area. There is ducted heating to all rooms. There is a large fridge with a freezer in the kitchen, new Washing machine and dryer in house and a washing line around the side. General use items such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, cleaning chemicals are included in the rent and there is a vacuum cleaner available to use. Barbeque out the back that you are free to use. We have chickens with eggs available to share among the housemates. The front garden is clean and tidy and well maintained. Unlimited wifi is included in the rent, Netflix is available to use. Utilities are extra, divided equally, among the tenants. This is paid direct debit into an account. Shouldn't cost to much individually. There is off street and plenty of on-street parking i.e. No restrictions on street parking. The street is nice and quiet with not much traffic but 5 minutes to M11 and M3. The housemates are quiet living and not in the habit of partying. House rules Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves, especially in the communal areas. Be respectful with other people living in the house. No smoking. No foul behaviour. No pets.
