I have one cosy room up for the taking this month. Myself and housemate Claire have lived here for almost a year and both love the charm of the house and it’s location. I plan to stay another year and Claire will be leaving at the end of this year. Our third housemate Abbie, is leaving at the end of this lease. The house is located in a popular and central location, 2 minutes drive to Kurralta Park's Coles (12am-9pm), Kmart and Froth and Fodder Cafe. We're also a very convenient two minute walk to the tram straight into the city or the beach; that in itself won me over originally. The kitchen is very homey, with lots of cupboard space and a dining table, large laundry with adjoining toilet, a cosy lounge full of retro furniture, and a good sized bathroom with shower and a huge bath. The house has large light filled windows throughout. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of room for a double or queen bed, desk, wardrobe etc. The backyard has a nice patch of green lawn and a hammock to sit in under the shady gumtree.
