The house is located within 10 mins walk of the train station and approx 300 metres of the bus stops and local shopping centre. With easy access to the freeway it takes approx 5 mins to drive to the city centre. Lake Monger is a stone throw away if you like to jog or walk ( it has a 3.5km circumference) The coast is a 12mins drive away (Scarborough, Floreat and City beach).

So this place is brand new which is great. The room available is absolutely huge and comes with a full sized mirrored wardrobe and an en-suite. In terms of location, the house is about a five minute walk to glendalough train station and a five minute drive to the CBD! The house is not furnished as per the photos, however, there is a brand new couch, LG French door fridge, smart TV, washer dryer etc. all you need is a bed and you are set! In terms of parking there is a single garage. If you require off street parking happy to discuss this further. There is also a locked store room which is empty at the moment and available for storage :)

You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and its close to public transport. Just me and Luciana at the moment (1 guy, 1 girl, both working professionals, not a couple). We enjoy the occasional drink, don't smoke and are out most of the time on weekends. We're both quite clean and whilst we enjoy a chat we're not living out of each others pockets. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. We'd love to live with a full time working professional or someone who works and studies. No couples please. Let us know if you're keen!
AMAZING location 8 min to city centre, 15 min to beach, bus stop 2 min walk away and Glendalough Station is a 10 min walk away!! I love living in this spot :) It's a cute place with off street parking and evap aircon in all rooms. Kitchen has been renovated as well as the whole house painted, new curtains and new carpets put in. Big outdoor area and the whole house is furnished except for the bedroom available for rent. The room for rent can fit a Queen bed. It's a medium size room and the built in robe is great! The 3rd bedroom I keep as a spare with a pull out couch in it. The apartment had 2 bedrooms located on herdsman parade wembley... The main bedroom is big with built in wardrobes and enough space for dresser, and a study table - $180 per week (including all bills). If you have a car, parking is available inside the complex. The flat is nice and clean fully renovated and located in a secure complex in wembley... few mins walk to lake monger and herdsman lake and just 10 mins drive to the city
