It's on a quiet laneway and only two streets over from the shops, bars and cafe's of jetty road and a short stroll to the beach/ jetty, and only 100m away from the tram stop. The property has 6ft fencing all the way around and a small backyard to accommodate pet's, reverse cycle heating / cooling, 12ft ceilings and off street parking. The room for rent is huge (aprox 5m X 5m) and faces towards the front garden, has a fireplace and can come furnished with a bed, chest of drawers etc if required otherwise the furniture can be stored in the shed and you can bring your own. Rent is $145.00 per week, two weeks rent is required for bond with bills split equally. Couples are welcome to apply, and smoking is fine as long as it's outside.
