I am looking for a flatmate in a house located in Somerton Park. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 story townhouse located a block from the beach (30 secs walk) and a couple minutes drive to Jetty rd Glenelg. Its an older place, but has been renovated and is in great condition with wooden floor boards and is a good size. The room available is also a good size and has built in drawers and hanging space. The room isnt furnished, but the rest of the house is, with enough room to also accommodate anything additional you would bring if needed. There is also off street parking with Internet and Netflix access included.
