This is a really lovely, comfortable, clean and fully furnished home in Glenelg East, close to Brighton and Diagonal Roads with buses going to Marion, Flinders University and City. 12 minute walk to tram and Glenelg Beach. 2 rooms including bedroom and study plus your own bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom is a good size and second room smaller but plenty of room for a desk and couch. Backyard with clothes line, BBQ and outdoor setting and garage space to park a car off road or storage. Kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Rent includes internet and water, electricity and gas are extra. Meals not included in the rent.
This house is really low-maintenance, clean, and modern, with super efficient ducted reverse cycle aircon & heating throughout. There is 3 bedrooms, one of the available bedrooms will share the bathroom with one other, the other bedroom has its own ensuite and walk in robe. There are 2 living areas, 1 with a lounge & tv, the other has a futon & tv cabinet but I’m missing the TV so when I get more housemates, if you have one you’d like to share feel free, or I will most likely get one so there is more space for the three of us to chill. I have a sweet gym setup in the double garage, so feel free to use that when I’m not using it. The backyard is a simple courtyard area, but there’s no shelter or outdoor setting, only a few chairs to hang out in. I have a big BBQ which you can use. You can use my kitchen stuff, or I can clear some room if you have your own. All I’ll ask if you is to get your own Tupperware/containers if you don’t have any. I am pretty clean and tidy. I expect to share the load of doing a weekly clean of the house (vacuuming and mopping), and have a clean as you go attitude, because no one likes a messy housemate who leaves their dirty dishes everywhere. I tend not to do communal meals as I am pretty independent, but I’m keen for the odd pizza night in. The bedroom pictured is one the bedroom up for grabs, but I will remove the furniture before you move in!
