Our house is located in a court only a short stroll from public transport. A 10 minute drive (or 20 minute cycle) will take you into the city and a 15 minute walk will lead you to the local shopping centres, Marden and Firle. The house has a big backyard complete with several fruit trees and enough room for a veggie patch. Other than your room, the rest of the house is furnished however if you have anything you'd really like to bring with you I'm sure we can make some space for it!

Your room is approximately 3.8m x 2.4m and is unfurnished (although we could organise to furnish it with basic furniture if needed). It is right by the kitchen, so ideally you would be an early riser or a good sleeper, as we are both up and about between 6 and 7 in the morning. We have ducted airconditioning.
