The property is a great size, we all absolutely love it! It’s spacious and modern, you’re never on top of each other. Very clean and tidy with a simplistic style. It’s in an ideal location, and just a short 8 minute walk to St Leonard’s Station. There is also a bus stop right outside the apartment. We have reverse cycle air conditioning. So you won’t be cold on these winter evenings. 2 good sized bathrooms means you’re never waiting for each other. The room can be furnished or unfurnished to suit your preferences. Couples accepted but the rent will be slightly higher.
