The apartment is older style but it’s spacious and I’ve tried to furnish it to match its heritage :) There is room for another couch if you like or not if like me you prefer the minimal clutter option. The apartment is on the same street as Wollstonecraft Station, walking distance to North Sydney or 2 train stops to North Sydney and 4 to Wynyard. There are also plenty of buses and Crows Nest is just 8 mins walk. The apartment is older style with new kitchen, updated bathrooms and new carpet. The room is unfurnished, has triple built-ins and comfortably fits a double bed and slim tall boy and side table possibly a desk if you don’t need so many drawers. It would also fit a queen and side drawers comfortably. You also get the main bathroom to yourself which has a double vanity and bath tub so I kinda think it’s a steal. There is a very small undercover car spot also if you would like for extra $10. I had a small hatch barina and it comfortably fit but anything bigger might not be ideal. There is ample street parking also.

The unit is furnished apart from the room on offer, so all you really require is your own bedroom furnishings. I have most of the major appliances already including : Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, UHD TV, Weber BBQ, Dyson Vacuum, Dyson Fan, Steam mop, portable air conditioner....etc. Parking is on street only, however there is always plenty available. The apartment is facing towards a nature reserve so traffic noise isn't an issue. Both bedrooms are spacious with large in built wardrobes and sliding doors/windows onto the balcony. There is also a laundry room within the apartment.

We're less than 10 mins walk from Wollstonecraft station and 5 mins to Crows Nest where there are great bars, cafe's and restaurants. The room has a big window that lets in plenty of light and looks out over a small side garden. The apartment also has a large living area with a balcony off it, an internal laundry, toilet separate to bathroom and unlimited parking alone the nearby street. We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly and reliable. No-couples or pets sorry.
