The unit is very roomy with a fair sized balcony with leafy outlook. The share bedroom has a full wall of built-in robes but is unfurnished however a fairly new queen sized bed available ( my current flatmate doesn’t require it ). Washer, dryer, fridge and freezer in situ + cooking utensils and storage etc., you can use. There is also room in the common areas for some furniture if you have any. Some limited storage in garage. Cable installed if you want Foxtel etc. Please note that the common area photos are indicative as the interior has been rearranged to suit us.
