The shops in Crows Nest are in walking distance, and a bus outside the door takes you to the centre of Lane Cove's shops if you want a change. Wollstonecraft Railway Station is barely 5 minutes away with a 12 minute ride to the city. The flat is handy if you work in North Sydney, Neutral Bay, St Leonards or travel to the city (as I do) each day. A previous flatmate worked at Royal North Shore Hospital but The Mater is also very close. This spot is central for work and play. We have our own gym in the garage if you wish to use it, which includes a 4-station cable-weight gym and various other equipment that is all yours whenever you like. There is shelving in there for your luggage too, if you want to store it out of the way. The Rent is payable fortnightly in advance with the first payment on the day you move in. The Bond (amounting to 2 weeks rent) is $580. You get your Bond back (less any agreed damages) when you move out. Hi, I have an unfurnished room (3.3 x 2.5m) with a built in wardrobe, available in a 2 bedroom security access unit in Waverton. The picture makes it look small, however it is actually quite decent. I have previously had a double bed, side table, Tall boy, and a fairly large desk and chair in the room. This is a safe location close to the city and North Sydney. 3 minutes walk to Waverton train station, and approx 20 minutes walk to North Sydney. The unit is furnished apart from the room on offer, so all you really require is your own bedroom furnishings. I have most of the major appliances already including : Fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, UHD TV, Weber BBQ, Dyson Vacuum, Dyson Fan, Steam mop....etc. Parking is on street only, however there is always plenty available. I have just applied to have NBN 100/40 connected, and hope to have this up and running before Christmas. I currently have an ADSL2 10 MBPS connection. My ideal flatmate will be a female, looking for a new home for 1+ years, and who is reliable and sociable. I would prefer to live with a female as I find this dynamic works better, and like living in a clean and organised environment. I am hoping to find someone else who enjoys the same, and who will contribute with their share of household chores.
