The double layered glass windows help keep the place reasonably quiet. The kitchen and the living room are furnished (dishwasher, oven, gas kitchen, microwave, washing machine, couch, TV). You only need to bring stuff for your bedroom. You are welcome to bring in your small items if you want, (decorative, chairs and stuff) although, there is not much room for larger items like couch. There is a large TV with Netflix in the living room that I occasionally use which you are free to enjoy. There is also a gym and a pool with a hot tub in the building (although, I think the pool is not big enough for laps) I'm looking for an easy going person. I love my place and want someone who would care for it as their own. Its not a party house, although I like to have friends over for lunch/dinner/wine at times.
