Suitable for a couple or single looking for extra space. The house is a 4 bedroom house, that you will be sharing with three other professionals (1 guy and 2 girls). We are in our late 20s and early 30s and have a sweet doggo Joseph. The house is a 10min walk to Wollstonecraft station (15mins train ride to the city) and 1min walk to the local IGA/cafes. The room is available 15 June 2018 (new lease is being signed, ideally someone could come on the lease. The apartment is spacious, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a big balcony and the room has got a double bed, its own tv and dvd player (Got many dvds you can borrow ). This is a really homely place 2 bedroom, still with plenty of space. 5 minutes walk to Willoughby Road, Crows Nest, where there are so many different cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. :) The home has floorboards throughout and is super safe as it is through a security door on the second floor. The room is furnished with a double bed, bed side tables and built in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a separate bathtub.
