We’ve got a bright, spacious room available in our beautiful Neutral Bay home. The room has a built-in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, great natural light, and comes with a bed, side table and draws, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer 😀

The house is modern, comfortable and properly set up. There’s a newly renovated kitchen with gas cooking, loads of cupboard space, a dishwasher and a killer coffee machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with shared pots, pans and utensils, so you won’t need much of your own.

There are two bathrooms — one for Amy and Jack, and the other shared with Sam and myself, which includes a bathtub. We also have a lounge room with a massive TV and great sound system, plus an extra space for chilling or eating.

Out the back is a lovely outdoor area with a large undercover patio for alfresco meals, a decent backyard with clothesline and a small veggie patch, and an outdoor laundry with washer, dryer and clothes steamer. The house sits on a quiet street with lovely neighbours, and we keep a social but respectful vibe.

We share chores evenly and don’t run a strict roster — everyone just cleans up after themselves and is reasonable.
We’re a social household.

We like sharing conversations, meals, trivia nights and having friends over. There are occasional small parties for birthdays but it’s not a wild party house — we’re mindful of neighbours, work schedules and each other’s space. It’s relaxed, fun and respectful.
