Hi there, this is a very large 3 bedroom secured apartment on the second floor of a low rise building. Good news though, there is an elevator as well. The second room is for rent. It is huge and furnished with a queen bed, tallboy and side tables. It has a double built in wardrobe, so there's plenty of storage space. You don’t have to use the furniture if you have your own as I can remove it. We are happy to accept couples but the rent will be $500 for both of you. We are non smokers and the entire apartment is furnished. The main bathroom, which is very large is yours to use for yourself. There is a large hallway linen closet and plenty of storage in the kitchen. Theres a separate laundry as well. All bills are included which are internet, Netflix, Electricity and Water. There are a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants within 100m and Woolies is 50m away. The bus is a 2min walk away and only 2 bus stops to Wynyard which takes 10mins or $15 Uber or a beautiful 1hr walk over the Harbour Bridge. Honestly I really love this apartment, its on the second floor with lift access and it has an awesome location on the corner of Prince St. and Military Rd. with a bus stop right in front of the building ( going to the CBD, Crows Nest, Chatswood, Milsons Point, Manly and more with most buses running all day and night), and in less than 5 minutes walk you have stacks of restaurants, the Orpheum theatre and IGA. The apartment is sound proofed with double glazed windows so it's actually a pretty quiet place and the neighbours are nice and quiet (or at least you can't hear them). Your room is great for one person, it would be unfurnished but has built in robes, and can comfortably fit a double/queen bed, big chest of drawers and bedside tables or a desk. There's a wall fan with a timer and remote, blinds and blackout curtains. The apartment gets a nice amount of sun, and has timber floors and aircon in the main area and carpet in the bedrooms. There's an internal laundry with a washer and a good sized kitchen. I love cooking so I have most general cooking appliances and tools that I'm happy to share. There's also a fair bit of storage space with built in shelves and linen cupboards. In terms of bills, water is included but electricity and internet (NBN) would be split. I do have Netflix and Stan that I'm open to giving an account for.

The apartment is on the third (top) floor of a medium sized double brick block, with views facing east out over the harbour and over NB and Mosman. There's no bridge in the view due to an unfortunately placed nearby block, but still some great firework viewing from the large balcony and pretty much every room in the house. The room is a large sized double room, furnished with a double bed, desk and a few other necessities. Probably perfect for someone who's just moved here. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished. Single but large bathroom, good kitchen and large living area. Internal laundry with washer and dryer. Unlimited internet available - cost included in the rent. Short walking distance to NB Junction, multiple shops, busses to North Sydney and Wynyard or down to the ferry for a quick trip into Circular Quay. Heaps of safe on-street parking is also available in the area.
