The house is a big two story house and we live in the ground floor of the house. Your room is in the upper floor of the house with your own private room and bathroom with beautiful view over middle harbour. There is also a living room in this level that you can use.
The kitchen is shared with us. Its a very sunny house with ducted aircon. The house is 5 mins drive to the beautiful Balmoral beach and walking distance to Mosman village. It has great access to the city by bus. The closet bus stop to the city is only 2-3 mins walk from the house.
We have another room in this level of the house and happy to rent both rooms to a couple or two friends. Please reach out if interested.
If we rent to one person only we will not rent the other room to anyone else.
