Location-wise, there's a bus on the street that gets you into the CBD in 30 minutes (it's 15 minutes by car), you're a 10-15-minute walk to the many wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars around Military Rd, and there's a huge park by the water just minutes' walk away. We have a herb patch in the backyard, a vegie garden (with the option to get gardening if you're keen), a well-equipped kitchen with gas hobs and also a yoga mat and props for yoga lovers! Great view of the fireworks! The house has high ceilings, picture rails and on and off street parking (easy). Ten minute walk to Cremorne Wharf, seven minutes on the ferry to Circular Quay. Bus stop out the front. Short walk to both Neutral Bay and Cremorne shops. Amazing harbour walks and gardens on your doorstep. This is a great chilled place to live....very quiet and lots of space. You will share with two others (Three till August). We also have a small spare room which is currently occupied till August. Hello guys, I am moving in with my partner at the end of this month and after over a year living here, I'll sadly move out of Cremorne. The room is big enough for a double bed, a couple of bedside tables and a few other pieces of furniture. It is conveniently located to several big supermarkets like IGA (right across Military rd, Woolies - there are 2 close by!, Coles and Also. There are 3 Gyms close by and the area is very well serviced with buses (just on Military Rd, 4 mins walk from the building) to the city (only 3 stops til Wynyard), Chatswood, Balmoral beach and the Northern beaches. The house has all the appliances (fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer), dining table, a nice spacious balcony on the living room. The living room has a huge tv and a couch where occasionally all of us like to sit and watch a movie or share a meal together. The bathroom is to be shared only between you and a nice, tidy British girl. I am willing to negotiate all my bedroom furniture for the next occupant as my partner has everything and I won't be needing any of it (a double sized bed with a mattress always used with a mattress protector and plenty of bedding, two bed side tables and some Ikea cubes with drawers and storage modules on it).
