About the flatmates
Hi. I'm Dan, a 63 year old male, young at heart, and non-smoker. My kids have grown and I now have two bedrooms available for rent. I own a start up company and work from home. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have the use of my appliances and utensils. There is a second fridge that will be shared by the tenants. Although there is bedding in the bedroom photos, you will need to bring your own sheets. Utilities are shared and free internet.
The tenants (you), I am looking for are ages over 30. You have a permanent "day" job. No late work shifts as my bedroom is next to the shared shower. I have my own ensuite. You have a great sense of humour, are a relaxed, easy going, respectful, considerate and a tidy person.
