The house gets amazing sunlight throughout the entire day and has a really open, airy feel. It’s in an unbeatable location, super close to Neutral Bay shops, restaurants and pubs, and extremely easy to get around with public transport right nearby. It’s only a 10-minute bus to the city.
There’s a shared bathroom with lots of storage, and a massive kitchen with heaps of bench space, great if you like cooking or meal prepping. Huge private backyard as well (amazing during summer!)
The bedroom is at the very front of the house, is quite large, and comes with a huge wardrobe. It can easily fit a queen bed and a desk, and gets lovely afternoon sunlight.

Me and my partner are currently in the front master room and looking for someone to fill it! The other 2 rooms in the house are occupied by 2 friendly girls in their 20’s. Both who work full time.
They really enjoy the beach, reading and socialising / being outdoors. Not a party house** However, they do love to occasionally host friends over for dinners / drinks.
