My 3 x 1 villa is situated in Devon Village in Bassendean. Close to Bassendean shopping centre, football oval, 24 hour gym, the river, train station, bus stop at the front of the property, Guildford Road, airport, etc. The complex is quite big, quiet, safe and well maintained thanks to some oldies that live in the complex. I am renting out a room with a queen size bed, side table and double built in wardrobe. Also can be unfurnished! You will have a parking bay in the complex which is safe as it isn't near the main road. (and many visitors bays). The third room is being set up as a study so it will only be you and I living here.. and a cat.

The greenery with 2 bunny queens ruling in the big backyard soothes the mind. So near to the airport yet not much affected by flight takeoffs and landings. Common sense to keep our home secure by remembering to lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Special request to please remove outdoor shoes when entering the property to maintain the cleanliness. Indoor slippers and backyard slippers are provided if required. Please clean up after yourself, wherever you are! Minimum noise after 10pm please. No strangers in the house, unless agreed with me at least 1day in advance.
