I may not have a view but I am close to the Basso Train Station, with a BWS and a Cafe just round the corner from my place. The Bassendean town Centre is a 5 minute drive away and the Galleria Morley is roughly 12-15 minutes away. There is air conditioning in the unit. This is a 3x2 and you would have your own bathroom. The room is furnished with a Double Bed, side tables, a fan, a Chest of Drawers and a built in wardrobe. We would share the common areas. House rules are simple: 1. Pay on time - preferably cash. 2. Clean up after yourself and I expect you to be responsible for your own room, bathroom & toilet areas. 3. Preferably no eating in the bedroom. Have a lovely American Oak Table for you to use. 4. The house is fully furnished, although you're welcome to bring your own furniture if you want. There are 2 rooms available: The master bedroom with a double bed, a set of drawers, a bookcase, bedside tables, and a decent sized walk-in robe. The smaller bedroom with a single bed, a desk, a chair, a set of drawers, a mirror, and a small inbuilt wardrobe. We have central-ducted air conditioning, although I try not to use it too often. We have 2 fridges, which is handy for having multiple people staying in the house, as sharehouse fridges can be a nightmare. We also have a large backyard, with a nice table that is good for entertaining. There are also lemon trees hanging over the fence, so you have more or less an unlimited supply. We have the NBN here, and after a hell of a lot of time spent hassling NBN we now have a stable connection with around 25-40Mbps download speed. We have a garage with an automatic door and clicker, which one of us will have access to. For everyone else, we will need to park on the grass out the front. Our landlord is quite nice and comes around from time to time to fix things if they break and he also mows the lawn. Bills are typically just under $200 per month and we will all split that evenly. Pets are possibly ok, but they will 100% not be allowed inside the house. I have allergies and don't want to deal with that, plus it makes it much easier to keep the place clean. I'm also open to having a couple move into the master bedroom and then leaving the second bedroom vacant. However, in that case, we would each have to pay a little bit more rent.

My house is a character cottage with lots and lots of charm it has high ceiling, polished floor boards and lovely cornicing. I won't deny it's somewhat 'retro' in places but who doesn't love an avocado kitchen and salmon bath. The back area is a 'work in progress' however I'm proud of the front which is a lovely spot to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. My house is a 5 minute walk to the river and there is a bus stop right outside that goes into the city. It is also close to Tonkin Highway so very convenient to get anywhere. The two rooms are big, one is a lovely east facing room at the front which get the morning sun and the other has a huge inbuilt wardrobe and desk. Both have ceiling fans and there is aircon to the front room. There is a big garage which housemates can use to store stuff, and it has a good treadmill in it which people are welcome to use. While I have put that bills are not included these will all still be in my name and I will still split these even though I will rarely be there, but I am also willing to negotiate this. This house is a labour of love and I would like to find housemates that are responsible, reliable and willing to care for my place in my absence.

Nice front and back yard with a lot of fruit trees . Lemon and limes good for the coronas! Liquor shop is a two minute walk which is a bonus.
