This room attracts the lesser amount. The second room is the larger of the two and fitting with a reverse cycle air conditioner. This room attracts the slightly higher rate. All bedroom linen and towels are supplied if required too. Some bills are included. You have WIFI with Netflix available in the next few days. However, WIFI is not included in bills. P.s. Large garage with huge backyard,has a pool and river and great views overlooking park so it feels your in the country but living in the suburb. Close to all shopping centres and train station at Guildford and Bassedean ,Midland. 2 min to Guildford hotel. And 5min to Domestic Airport. And also 15 min to Perth City witch is great. Witch makes it a suitable location .
Hi have a large character home . All rooms are over sized.has river views and access. Pool. Close to train station and Guildford 2 min walk. Shops are 10 min away, midland.belmont ,bassendean. Little shops at end of street with takeaway restaurants. House is in a dead end street which makes it quite. It’s set in a country feel but in the suburb. Need to be clean person. A honest person. Have common sense...There are rules which will discuss on inter view. Needs to get involved in some tasks around the house. Don’t need anyone that’s going to sit in his room all time. Needs to be working .i have large shed.and yard.

Great relaxed house that backs onto reserve and shopping centre 200m away. Bus stop about 200m also. Quiet with respect for your privacy as well as mine, just you and one other house mate that doesn't party but likes to be social. Location is in new area of Caversham but a few minutes to Guildford, Swan Valley, Midland and the train. Also not as far as you might think to the city, I find travelling from the east is never bumper to bumper for kilometres like the freeway. Parking in driveway. Hi speed Wifi included so long as usage is reasonable and full access to all of the home as you normally would in your own home. Room overlooks the reserve and is queen size (just looks small in photos) and bathroom not used by other tenant. Home has a cleaner once a week free to you but just clean your own bedroom.
