I have an outdoor dog who is well behaved, unfortunately no other pets allowed. Good location and near shopping centre and public transport. The house is an older build but is very tidy. The house has a front yard and back yard. A Fully furnished bedroom, lounge room (2) and car park supplied. All costs for the house will be split evenly. The rent is $172 per week which includes: - Rent - $125 - Internet (cable NBN) - $12 - Electricity - $15 - Cleaner - $20 (comes every Wednesday to clean entire house) Rent will need to be electronically transferred weekly on a Thursday into my bank account.
