Hey Guys! Myself and my partner are moving back interstate as we have just had our first child, we love our current place but its time to move on! We are flexible with the move in date so please dont hesitate to ask! We have been here for over 2 years and its been brilliant. In a great location which is quiet all nights of the week, in a roomy 2 bedroom apartment with a proper balcony as well! Great for entertaining or plenty of room to stretch out if needed. Secure garage with 1 car spot and 2 guest spots, full intercom with auto locking, 2 minute walk from the Moorabbin train station ( Frankstone line). It also has heaps of all day off street parking. In terms of furnishing we are happy to provide a couch, large leather chair, washing hoist, bed,microwave and a few other miscellaneous items at a very small cost as we won't be taking them with us. This property is currently under lease with us until 24/4/17 so we would be looking to do a lease transfer(at our cost) so you would need to liase with our real estate agency as well as ourselves. They have been great and accommodating they own the whole street so the entire complex is on the same page in terms of rules etc.
