If you love the beach and you love backyards with fire pits then This house fits the bill. The house stays cool in summer and keeps us cosy in winter with ducted heating. The house is a big one. 2 lounge rooms, Giant Kitchen, large backyard with undercover area for romatic sunrise Breakfast, good front yard (with tomatoes, pansies and sunflowers) and front porch for romantic sunset dinners, a Bath and a small garage. The house is kitted out but the rooms are unfurnished. Gday, Ive got 2 rooms available immediately and I'm looking for another person for a housemate. I've got this joint until the 20th of May and am currently looking for a new place which is similar but a bit nicer which would be happy for you to move into as well. I'm pretty set on finding something like what I've got now, which is a 3 bedroom place with a dining and living room so we can have our own bedroom and lounge room and I've also got a home gym which id like to set up in the other room for sharing. I've already got pretty much everything needed for a house; fridge, dishwasher, BBQ, all the kitchen appliances, vaccum, outdoor seating and gazebo and a table tennis table (all pretty much brand new). Only thing I don't have is a washing machine but can sort that out soon enough. We live in a modern and comfortable flat in Brighton East. 200 metres from 64 tram stop which goes straight into the city. Also 200 metres from a bus stop, and a short walk/bus ride to Bentleigh Station The room is light and large with built in closet space and TV connection. The room has an individual plug-in heater, but the air-conditioner in the living room works as a heater and that's much better, so our house is always cosy! We have a really large balcony with seating that always shows a beautiful beach sunset at night. Wifi is included in rent, as well as Netflix and other bills.
