It is a very nice street, quiet and about 1.5 km to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the local shops and Moorabbin train station. Nice backyard with BBQ. The room has built-in robes for clothes and storage. The backyard is lockable to keep Pets in if needed and I intend to put a Vegi Patch in when I get the tools to do so. The house is fully furnished. Except for the bedroom, which you can furnish as you please. Garage has space for extra storage if needed. It may be a little further out in time and on the map, but its worth it for the backyard and a quiet space.

Great place in Brighton East with huge backyard, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms etc. We're within walking distance of Moorabbin station and shops, Brighton beach is just down the road as well. We're looking for someone relaxed and friendly to fill the 4th room. We've got air conditioning, heaps gaming consoles, Netflix, NBN and a dishwasher! Your room is near the front of the house, has plenty of wardrobe space, and room for a queen size as well as drawers/desk etc. The house already has 2 dogs so we don't really have the capacity for more :( Bills are split evenly (4 ways, so it's very reasonable) We're looking for someone long term so a 6+ month stay would be ideal.

Our beautiful flat is just 2 minutes walk away from Highett station making it a perfect location if you don't have access to a car. On the opposite side of the apartment complex is Highett shopping centre with Whoolworths and a pharmacy. There is a gym 10 minutes away and some nice parks in the surrounding. The beach is also around the corner and Highett road offers a lot of lovely cafes and small shops. There is a washing machine, dish washer and a nice balcony where you can hang out. In the living room there is a tv so everything you need is available in the apartment.

There are 3 living areas downstairs and the kitchen is state of the art with all stainless steel appliances, glass splashbacks, stone bench tops, stackstone feature, a large pantry and a huge fridge. There is also a powder room downstairs off the laundry, which has a front load washer and dryer and lots of bench space. If you are into fitness we have a treadmill and weights in the garage.
