Bright, clean, and relaxed 2 bedroom, with 1 bathroom unit. Well located close to the beach, local restaurants and shops, 5min walk to Coles and plenty of outdoor spaces. The place is well kept and tidy, we have a nice garden including a veggie patch (any green thumbs out there?) and a large back patio. The unit is at the back of a small block which keeps it nice and quiet with plenty of street parking. The place is furnished with the exception of the room to rent, which easily fits a double bed and dresser with built in cupboards. Kitchen has a new fridge, the washing machine and dining room table are leaving with my current housemate so anyone with either of these items is welcome if not don’t stress I’m happy to buy them. Rent is $230 per week + Electricity/water/wifi I would prefer someone who would like to join the lease as I am looking for someone who will treat this as their home. It would be nice to have someone in the house who I can call a friend and be social with when we are both around, really looking for someone drama free and not a party animal!
