Our house mate is moving out on Monday 18th February as he is getting married which is amazing (we are attending the wedding overseas in March, very exciting!) So we have one spare room to rent out from this date onwards! Here is some info about the property :) - New house (built in 2016) with all new furniture (purchased in 2016 when the house was built). - There is a bus stop on Great Eastern Highway which is a short walk outside the estate. - Currently in the house is my boyfriend 30 y/o (Auto Electrician, works 6 days a week) and myself 30 y/o (Office Manager, works Monday - Friday full time) in the master bedroom, one room which is available for rent, and the third bedroom we used to have rented out however it is now being used as another study/spare room with a queen bed. - We have created a nice clean home to share, its not by any means a party house, however for the occasional event we will have a few drinks before we go out. - It is a non smoking house, also sorry no pets. - There is a fully furnished room available to rent (note: bathroom and toilet is opposite your room which are yours to use as we have our own ensuite - however please note guests usually use this bathroom/toilet as well as it is the closest to the living area). - I clean majority of the house including the spare bathroom and toilet on a regular basis, so the only space you will be responsible for is your bedroom, and cleaning up after yourself in the common areas - dishes etc - however we do have a dishwasher as well :) - The bedroom is black (leather like) furniture with a queen bed, mattress, bed side tables, TV and tallboy, and built in mirror wardrobes. The other spare room has white high gloss furniture in it, you have the choice out of either room - however the other room isn't opposite the bathroom. - There is also a study/gym/xbox room as well - There is a little entertaining area outside with a couch and table - Foxtel (all channels) is available in the main tv living area - Current internet is NBN with Aussie Broadband (we had Telstra however Aussie was a lot better) - Backyard is secured and locked - All bedrooms have individual locks with keys - All rooms have their own reverse cycle air conditioning and heating (this is so everyone can set theirs at their own temperature). - There is plenty of visitor parking in the estate, we pay for an additional car bay in the estate so we can have a third car permanently parked at the property. There is quite a lot of security cameras around the estate so your car will be safe. There is heaps of visitor parking which is available for all visitors (always bays available). - New Private Estate (all houses were built in 2016), just off Great Eastern Highway, 5 min to the Airport, 10 mins to Casino, 15 mins to City or 15 mins to Swan Valley. - House is less than a one minute walk down to the Swan River. There is direct access from the private estate to the river (we also have a double kayak you are free to use as well - can be walked straight down to the river). - Great walking track along the river which goes all the way to the City.
