Hello everyone I am a young at heart easygoing yet meticulously clean , respectful, warm , friendly person . I work as a disability support worker and love my work! I don’t smoke and I drink socially. I like my household to be welcoming, harmonious , clean, tidy and respectful at all times. This is not a party house ! I have a dog who spends time inside. Housemates must love dogs please . My home is in a quiet suburb in the foothills. Conveniently located within 7 mins to Midland, walking distance to a supermarket, 1/2 hr to the city,15 mins to the airport and 35 mins to beaches . My home is only a few years old , luxurious , well equipped and immaculately maintained. I’d like to keep it this way!
I have two fully furnished quality rooms with a shared bathroom and powder room at one section of the house. Housemates have their own family room with recliner sofa and 52 inch TV. Internet , water, electricity, gas , use of all equipment and utensils, wifi , Netflix and a few other streaming services and all shared equipment are included in the rent.
Please note that a small weekly fee of $20 is required in addition to rent to cover all shared items ie: kitchen paper, all purpose cleaner etc

Shared areas are fitted with quality appliances and excellent storage facilities. Undercover parking available for one car and off street parking available for a second car. Public transport at the door . This is not your average share home . You will be sharing with a maximum of 4 people in a spacious luxury home. Couples will be considered on an individual basis.
