There is a gym, a sauna, a big bbq area, a 20-25m lap pool and an onsite manager who looks after us. We share gas and electricity bills which comes in every month - around $40 per person. Water and WiFi are covered in the rent. We are right at the border of New Farm and Teneriffe with River Walk across the road from our building. It takes 10-15 min walk to Merthyr Village Shopping Centre, New Farm Park and Teneriffe Ferry. The bus 199 stops right in the front of our building and it goes to Fortitude Valley, CBD, Culture Centre and West End every 10-15 mins and the City Glider is also available in front of the Teneriffe Ferry. This is a quiet, beautiful and convenient spot in Teneriffe. We have enjoyed living in this woolstore apartment for 5 years now. :)
