This apartment is right near Southland Shopping Centre, so shopping is super convenient. 10 minutes walk from Cheltenham station, so the city is very accessible. There's plenty of other things in the area, gyms, cafes, a library all within a short walk. Inside the apartment, we've got a clothes washer, dryer and internet. The kitchen is connected to the main living area and the bedrooms are in the hall next to the bathroom. Everything has been painted and re-carpeted only a few months ago. The apartment is right on Nepean Highway, so there is noise from traffic though you do get used to it. I'm not great with filters and things on photos - sorry if they look a bit washed out!

The room is currently unfurnished but a bed can be provided if needed! The room size is approx 3.5 X 3.0m with plenty of space and there is a seperate toilet and shower! You'll get half the vanity in the bathroom also to put your things! The house is located across the road from shops where you can do grocery shopping and a post office and chemist as well as being right in the middle of heaps of parklands and a bus stop just outside our street (20m) and 10 minute walk to Southland and 20 minute walk to the station.
