My two bedroom unit is in a great location, right next to Charman Rd shops and Cheltenham Railway Station. There is ample public transport, and Southland Shopping Centre is just around the corner. Cheltenham has everything you need, the area has really upgraded in the last few years with heaps of new cafes/restaurants, shops, supermarkets, DFO upgrade etc (I have lived in Bayside for 23 years and in this unit almost 5 years). At the end of the year the new level crossing removal will begin so there will be a brand new underground train station, with Cheltenham Shops getting a nice new makeover! The beach is a 5 min drive away, and it is about 25-30 mins to drive to the city. I completely renovated the open plan kitchen/living area 3 years ago and the bathroom 2 years ago, so everything is fairly new ! I am in the process of making over my courtyard and my garage is used as a 'chill out' zone with two couches, gym gear/boxing bag, TV fridge and storage. I have a 9 year old Pomeranian, Tali, who is the most affectionate loving little dog ever! She will provide you with lots of smiles and cuddles! I also have two dwarf rabbits , Cooper and Alfie, in a hutch outside. They freely run around the courtyard when I am home. Bonus is, they all get along so well !!

The cupboard near the door is included and everything else will be going with the person who is moving out. - The house is fully furnished I just havn't updated the photos from when we moved in. the only thing that we will lose when my friend moves out is a washing machine, coffee table and microwave so we will have to get those.

I thoroughly enjoy living in this area because of the great location. It is within walking distance to a great strip of shops, a Westfield shopping centre, gyms and a swimming pool. The backyard is a really good size which comes in handy with it being a dog friendly house. Neighbours are friendly and easy to get along with. House does not get too hot in summer or too cold in winter making it a pleasant house during any season.
