The apartment is above woolies but down the end away from the station so you don't hear the trains. Clean and tidy and fully furnished at the moment but happy to move some stuff out. It is a 3 bedroom place but the 3rd room is currently used as storage, ironing, office etc. (which I am happy for you to use as storage too!) If you already have these things then that works too. The kitchen is large, we have a front patio & back patio with a large BBQ (great for summer) and the lounge room is fully equipped with a ps4 etc that your more than welcome to use.
