Short Term Accomodation in a Great Location! Just off Henley Beach Rd, my house is close to public transport, cafes, shops as well as being less than 4 km from the CBD. The airport, new hospital and uni are all conveniently located My house is renovated with ducted ac/heating, modern kitchen, bathroom and large living space while the original character of fireplaces and high ceilings has been maintained. This is a peaceful and respectful house with plenty of space and the room is fully furnished - even though it is 4 bedrooms, I am renting one room only. I'm an easy going 40 yr old woman and have 2 dogs and a cat that are inside/outside, so I need someone who is responsible with shutting gates. . As a short-term lodging arrangement (ie a week to no longer than 3 mths) is preferred (longer term by negotiation), all the general cleaning & gardening will be done, but my expectation is you will keep shared areas clean and tidy.

Your room is quite large with polished wooden floors. The house has a large kitchen (with gas!), good sized yard, veggie patch and shed. Bills each quarter are about $270 for electricity, $150 for gas and $50-100 for water depending on the season. Ordinarily we split bills equally.
