This two bedroom property is close to the CBD of Adelaide. It is close to a Woolworths, Post Office, Chemist, Optometrist, Butcher and Bakery and a couple of coffee shops. It has a gym on Sir Donald Bradman Drive a few minutes walk away. It is a quite area with good neighbours. I have yet to arrange internet access. It is government housing so the person would need to be declared as sharing and there are a few forms to fill out. House Rules, just to respect each other and work out things go from there.
It is so close to the city! I usually walk into uni and it takes 20 minutes, easy and flexible for any work or outings in the city. It is fully furnished and a lovely place to stay, with a backyard which feels like an oasis next door to the city. The room is approx 3.5 x 4m and includes a built in double wardrobe, mirrored on one side. There is a potential bookcase and side table available for the room if wanted. The spiral staircase is a pro due to the quirk, but cannot fit bulky items such as whole bed frames, bulky bedside tables, and king size mattresses. The house about a $5 cab ride from Hindley Street and located right near West Terrace. There's good lighting and hardwood floor boards throughout the kitchen and carpet in the bedrooms.
