This is a really nice modern apartment with water view. The area is very peaceful and it's only 20 minutes away from the CBD. All that stuff in the photo is no longer there, and the room is clean and tidy. We have a nice park in front of the building, and plenty of recreational areas if you are into outdoor activities. There is a very convenient bus stop just across the road that takes you to the city in 20 minutes (the same bus takes you directly to Coogee beach too) and plenty of options in the main road just 5 minutes walk (Victoria road). Supermarkets and cafes are at walking distance. The location is also really great if you travel to the Western suburbs. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. It has a built in wardrobe with plenty of space and a big mirror. If you need it, we can leave a double bed and a few other furniture (desk, night table). You will be sharing the bathroom with me. I don't mind sharing with male or females as long as it is kept clean. We can organise cleaning rosters.
