The apartment is gorgeous! There is a lot of natural light throughout the entire apartment and it is airy and well-maintained. The kitchen is new, as is the bathroom, and the rest of the apartment has new carpet throughout. There are water views from both bedrooms, the balcony and the kitchen as well as being surrounded by trees. It really is a beautiful spot. The apartment is one corner down the road from Hunters Hill shopping village where there is a bank, pub and a great pizza place - and who doesn't need pizza in their life?! There are also bus stops to Woolwich, Chatswood, Macquarie and the City. The bedroom itself has a built-in wardrobe and comes furnished with a double bed that is only a year old, as well as two bedside tables. However, if you have your own furniture you wish to bring, that is fine too - you will just need to organise to move the current furniture yourself! We are one of four units within our block which makes for simple and quiet living. You will have access to a washing machine as well as an outdoor clothesline. The bills are included in the rent and there is Wifi throughout the apartment also. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and living here has been an absolute pleasure.

Our 2 bedroom apartment (plus study) has a house-like layout which opens to an enormous outdoor space. We love this apartment because of the open plan living/dining which opens up to the backyard with BBQ facilities, a large kitchen and internal laundry facilities. The available room is spacious and opens up onto the expansive backyard which makes it feel even bigger. It also comes with a built in wardrobe. Kitchen cookware and appliances are available to use but you are welcome to add to the collection. The additional benefits of the apartment complex that we live in is the resort facilities including tennis courts, pool and gym. The complex is also surrounded by parkland and bush walks. We are in a great location with a bus stop out the front, express to the city and not far from the Huntlys Point ferry. There is also easy access to great supermarkets and restaurants up the road in Glaidesville. We do not have a garage available however, there is plenty of street parking and there are visitor spots available.
