There is also free Foxtel available :) It is situated away from the main road and is very quiet. It is with a few minutes walk of shops and public transport (buses). The bedroom available is the large, main bedroom. It has 2 sets of built-in wardrobes, a large en suite bathroom, and water-views. It also has a 'TV Arial' port. The cost of rent is $380 for the big room with the ensuite, or we can swap and you can pay $360 for the smaller room which I am in now. You still get your own bathroom, built-ins, TV Arial port and waterviews :) The bills are to be split between us :) Currently, broadband internet is $60 per month ($15 per fortnight per person), and gas and electricity are split between us as they come. I will continue to pay for Foxtel which you can use free of charge. There is no on-premises car parking (I use the only available space), however there is off-street parking available in the evenings/mornings. Perfect if you drive to work!
