We are easy going folks, enjoy being sociable. We love cooking and like to keep a clean home. We enjoy a good laugh. We have security cameras and plenty of parking space. Close to a circle route bus that goes to the local train station. IGA shops within walking distance and major shops a short drive away. You will share cleaning duties of toilet and bathroom with other housemate. Basically alternate weeks as to who cleans it. Everyone is required to help out around the rest of the house by cleaning up after themselves. I am house proud and like to never feel embarassed to have friends over etc.

The home ( in a Cal de sac ) is in a great, safe and quiet area on the Southern River Reserve, is about 250 Mtrs from Warton and Spencer Roads. There 2 rooms, a single, and a double. Both are furnished with built in wardrobes, but if you have your own bed etc, not a problem. The double also has a Tv. There is also plenty of covered and dry storage space. The Domestic and International Airports are a 20 minute drive. A bus stop is 100m from the home, which takes you to all local train stations etc. From the train stations to city centre, is a 22minute ride. Also shops, gyms, Medical Centre and the Thornlie Tafe all within easy walking distant. There walking and cycling tracks at the end of the Cal de sac. Its a very safe, relaxing and quiet area next to the reserve, which makes for great out door living ( BBQ etc ), and you can enjoy your morning toast and coffee with all the wild bird life that frequent the area. I would prefer females of mature age, also FIFO workers welcome. There off street covered parking. There are 2 rooms to choose from, but I looking to rent only one room, that way whoever arrives, will have their own bathroom and Toilet. Hi! This is a new house. There are 3 spare rooms at the rear of the house. Whoever moves in is welcome to use one or all of them if they like. Bills and internet included. It comes unfurnished but the rest of the house's furniture is sorted. You would be sharing the amazingly spacious main bathroom with just one other- a very clean and tidy housemate! The house is a modern, light filled 3x2 and is in great condition, with a great sized undercover outdoor area. It's located in a quiet estate only a couple of minutes drive from Roe Hwy, making travel to/ from the CBD and most other locations super easy! It's only a short drive to both Curtin and Murdoch uni's, and is very close to Thornlie TAFE. Public transport is also easily accessible nearby! We have unlimited internet which we split the cost of equally, as well as other standard bills (water, gas, electricity), but we can be flexible so if you'd like these included in your rent just let me know and we can work out how much it would be :)

Hey Future Roomie :) i promise im not an axe murderer or anything, just not sure how to put a pic of myself up haha. The house was built in April 2014, still got bits and pieces to finish on the outside, but you will have access to your future room and added bonus of some lush carpet, to lay your weary little head, a mirrored built in robe to stare at yourself daily, air-con in the room and a pretty sweet setup in the theatre room with surround sound and 120 inch projector screen, it also has an Android box so watch anything your heart desires. The house is in champion lakes in a quiet area, 4 km to main shopping centre, coles and smaller shops etc 1km, 2 km to the train station and bus stop is about a 50m walk. The airport is 20ish minutes away and the city about 25. Your housemates will be become your new BFF's, so just warn your current bestie before applying ;) Im heath and your other roomie is rob. As a person I am pretty chilled, love to be social without the need to party or go clubbing 24/7, like keeping active and always welcome meeting new people. Im pretty sarcastic, play around and like to have a beer or two. I'm not your typical messy guy who leave cans, bottles and half eaten burgers everywhere... we do appreciate others privacy. we want someone that will be a friend as well as housemate, and want to do housemate outings at times. Spare time includes poker, sports, gym, movies, pub with a bet and beer, and being around mates... just anything random to get out of the house. The household is very relaxed, although not OCD on cleaning, we do keep it tidy. We aren't your parents so we dont tell you what to do, and in return, be an adult and clean up after yourself. We have always had a female housemate since the house was built, so that's not an issue either. Our house is a 4x2 in Canning Vale. You will have a whole side of the house to yourself which you can close off. (I only go down there in weekends to do my washing!) There is a choice of 3 rooms, all with built in wardrobes and air conditioning which is soo good in summer! My partner and I have the master bedroom with the ensuite, so you will have the main bathroom and toilet all to yourself. It's down the road from two different shopping centres which has supermarkets, Bunnings, Big W, post office etc etc. 10 minute drive from Cockburn Gateways. There is a nice wee park with a lake and a walkway just down the road which is lovely to go for evening strolls or sit and watch the ducks!
