Hi all, The house we are renting is a very modern, large Canning Vale home. The house is close to bus stops and a shopping center (Dan Murphy's, Woolworths, Newsagents, Dominos, Hair Salons, Chinese, Indian, Butcher, Bakery, Nandos, Johnny's burgers etc.) Food will need to be provided for yourself however we will accommodate pantry and fridge space. Freezer space is unavailable so if you need a freezer please bring your own. The room for rent is furnished with a queen sized bed and chest of drawers. The room has a closet, some shelves and minimal extra storage space. The room also has a ceiling fan. Should the tenant wish to bring their own furniture, this can be accommodated. The tenant will have their own bathroom including a bathtub, a shower, double basins and a toilet. The house itself has satellite internet, ducted vacuuming, air-conditioning, up-to-date high tech security (cameras, alarm system, gates and locks) we also have a variety of gaming consoles you will be free to use including a Wii u, Xbox360 and a PS2. Feel free to contribute any games or consoles. The tenant will have their own garage parking space if needed. No other pets will be considered. The house has a large backyard and as the house is quite large and modern it requires some upkeep. We expect our roommate will help with house work and gardening regularly.
