The house was built in 1971 and has polished wooden floorboards throught the main living areas. It was renovated in late 2016 with fresh paint, new kitchen with a dishwasher and bathroom upgrade. Electrical fittings throughout have been updated as well. Since being renovated, the house has been used as a sharehouse, so there is some wear and tear throughout. All three bedrooms are available. There is a separate t.v. area, and an office space (if desired). There is a yoga room that has a wooden floor and all the props and equipment for you to use. A kayak is also available for you to use, and there is a bike rack in the garage for you to hang your 2-wheeled transport. House has air conditioning in the main living area, and gas heaters to the tv room. Your room is carpeted with venetian blinds, and a queen-sized bed. The room has a closet with plenty of hanging space and a shelf overhead, sliding doors with chalkboard paint so you can write words of inspiration or your goals on them. Houserules are basically keep the place neat and tidy, clean up after yourself when you are done (rather than leave it til "later"), and lets enjoy each other's company.
