We have a really comfortable flat in Maylands one bus ride from the city. No maintanence at all required other than cleaning the kitchen/bathroom etc. Room is not big but includes TV, bedside, wardrobe, dresser and double bed with/without bedding. Parking always available on the street. Bathroom is shared with one other person. All amenities and bills included. Kitchen is first class with gas stove, oven, pressure cooker, thermomix, smoker (outside) and herb garden. Sharing with two adult males both whom work in hospitality. The room is only available until mid december (and like myself the second roommate i will be taking my leave from the property for about a month) but then it will be available again in late jan early feb to continue permanent residence. It really is a fantastic unit and room mates and it will suit anyone who is new to the country, semi professional but also social, in their 20's or 30's, wants an easy place to live while enjoying the lifestyle that Perth has to offer!
