A great spacious place, close to Mt Lawley, Maylands and the city, but quiet and relaxed enough that it doesn't feel like it. Public transport is very close by & frequent, plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance and the Inglewood night markets right at your doorstep. The room itself is in the upstairs of the house with its own living area (with TV), ensuite and walk-in robe. At night you can also see the Perth skyline from the windows. The room has its own reverse cycle air conditioner. Being upstairs from the main house, this allows housemates to interact as much, or as little as they like. (Personally, I enjoy a good chat over a drink after long day at work). The upstairs bedroom comes furnished with a Queen sized bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The upstairs living room is only partly furnished. We also have a garden which is great to relax in, in the warmer months (and the cooler ones too). The shared kitchen is modern and spacious. Rent includes unlimited internet/Wifi and all utilities within reason - we reserve the right to split excessive power bills although we don't expect we would have to. We're also open to people with pets, however specifics will need to be discussed upfront. We would prefer a female housemate or a couple.
