This is a gorgeous house with a fully renovated kitchen and outdoor entertaining area. It's close to the Galleria shopping centre, public transport and about a 10 or 15 min drive to the airport. It is fully furnished although the bedroom can be unfurnished if you have your own things. There is a large garage for extra storage. The move in date can be a bit earlier for the right person. The main bedroom (which I'm currently in) has built-in robes, but I'll probably move into the smaller bedroom at the back of the house and use the smallest bedroom as a walk-in robe.
