This super homely and cute apartment is in prime location. We are a 5 mins walk to the Beaufort street strip where there are many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. 10 min walk to Hyde park and 10 min walk to ECU and WAAPA. Busses are very frequent and easy to catch into the city or you could even walk if you don't mind a 20-30 stroll into town. We have unlimited NBN internet and is $30 per month and there is only an electric bill to pay additionally. The bedroom for rent is spacious with a lot of room for at least a queen bed and some bed side tables. The room has a large wardrobe and a floor to ceiling window with air conditioning and heating. Our bathroom has also been newly renovated. Our apartment is on the 6th Floor. We have a big balcony that over looks the Mount Lawley bowls club, tennis courts and sea of beautiful houses. Running all the way into the city and then out to Fremantle, great for those who work in the City, West Perth, Subiaco and Cottesloe. With Beaufort Street and Maylands 8th Avenue Cafe strip both within 10-15 minutes walk, there are loads of options for foodies, and those who like exploring Perth's bar and cafe scene. The house was extensively renovated two years ago from top to bottom with brand new flooring, carpets, kitchen, bathrooms and doors throughout. The house has a nice courtyard running around the back and side. Our neighbours are very friendly and we have a great sense of community between our houses. Maylands is awesome! This is a really nice room in a 2 storey townhouse in a safe and convenient location. Bathroom has recently been done up. There's a washing machine and dryer. I use tether the internet through my phone, but if you need high speed internet you can have it connected or just tether. Its super cheap Shared electricity and water bill-but about $150 per quarter (super cheap). Your bed and linen are all new. The space has a nice cosy homey feeling and also has its own large outdoor balcony which is great in summer. There's also a third bedroom which is used as an office which you can use if you want. There is an allocated car port for you. The Maylands train station is 200 metres away. Busses to Perth City are 100 metres away. 300 metres to 8th Avenue Shops and Coles and also the beautiful Maylands area near the Swan River. City is 2 kms away. There's also 2 quiet and friendly dogs.

Well it’s got all the mod cons, banging stereo, large screen tv. Reverse cycle aircon, large bed if need be with plenty of storage, tv is also the bedroom. There’s an outdoor covered area that’s 30 sq/m with furniture with coloured lights and artificial grasses floor. I have a spare pushy just needs 2 inner tubes and it’s yours . Also I have a Japanese made electrolysed reduced water ioniser which delivers the cleanest, healthiest, charged and alkalised water you can get your hands on!
