This property is great because it’s close to public transportation if you need it for work and it’s on the same road as Coles for groceries. The property also has ducted air con throughout the bedrooms and there is a seperate split system for the main living area. There are lots of cafes and bars close by. If you like Chinese Takeout there is a place directly opposite the street. And there are also a few more places in very close proximity. I enjoy living here because I feel very safe in the property and don’t get disturbed by people. The property is fully fenced with electric gates which tends to keep any people passing by out. The property is very compact but you will get your own room and bathroom. It’s a really lovely house with beautiful features. We currently have 1 dog and 1 cat. The dog is quite large and can’t come into contact with the cat. There is some flexibility in the cost of the room. It just depends if you want the master bedroom or not. Mount Lawley is a safe, highly prized, and peaceful suburb. We have two bedrooms for rent. One is an ensuite ($250) and the other one ($200) has to share bathroom and toilet with one person. The prices listed above are not conclusive of breakfast and dinner. Should you require meals to be included, we can discuss. Our house is near to UWA (30mins), TAFE colleges in the city (10min), ECU (which is just behind our house), Perth Modern College (walking distance) and some other colleges and schools. There is also a bus stand just outside our house that has regular buses directly into the city. You can also walk to the Mount Lawley cafes and restaurants stretch from our home - it is that close by. Our spacious house includes an alfresco, as well as a theater room that you can use socially with your guests. Vegetarians are welcome.

Hello! An unfurnished bedroom in our 4x3 modern townhouse is available NOW! This room is upstairs, sharing a toilet and bathroom with two girls. The room itself has heating/aircon, a double mirrored wardrobe AND A BALCONY! It measures 4m by 3.5m square and has plenty of space. The house itself is modern, massive and furnished with all the usual household appliances, but there is space for furniture/appliances should you have some. We’ve also got an undercover area out back with BBQ and social areas, and areas to dry clothes. We’re located in a safe, convenient area which is close to pretty much everything you need. Public transport to city/Morley/999/998/950/Midland all within 10 minute walk. Supermarkets, gyms and amenities are all very close by on Beaufort St/King William St. Otherwise Morley Galleria is 4 minutes drive up the road. We would prefer someone who would be happy to get on the lease and is expecting to stay for a reasonable amount of time. Rent is $140/week paid fortnightly in advance. Bills are split between us 3 monthly, and Bond is $600. We find gas and electricity are really cheap and we have unlimited NBN which has been a real upgrade for Bayswater!
