Our townhouse is located a 10 minute walk from Sutherland station. Express trains to the city only take about 30 minutes, and Cronulla beach is a quick 15 min train ride away. Our spare bedroom has a good size built in wardrobe and can come either furnished with a queen size bed or we are happy for you bring your own furniture. We are looking at adopting a dog so, while we will make sure they don't bother you, you definitely must love animals! (We are not, however; looking for someone who will bring in their own pet) Ideally, you will move in after the 12 August, but if you need it before then we can have a chat :).

The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a security apartment block. It is in the heart of Sutherland. Things within 1 min walk- Sutherland train station, anytime fitness, plus fitness, 2 local pubs, 2 bottle shops, sushi train, coles, many take away restaurants and cafes.
