This is a lovely self contained living space has been recently renovated featuring a stunning new bathroom, laundry and new furniture. The space is very large with high ceiling and lots of light. My home is in a quiet end of a cul-de-sac, with plenty of on street parking and looking for a house proud, clean and tidy working female. You must love wild animal as I encourage the wild birds to visit. In the morning the sun shines into the kitchen and back deck, and nothing better enjoying a coffee out on the back while you watch nature at your doorstep. not suitable for someone looking for a party house or you are not clean and tidy in your manner.
Hi everyone, I have a room to rent in a lovely home which has tennis courts and a swimming pool/spa for us to use. There are also 3 incredibly cute cats living here too. The house in a friendly complex within close walking distance to shops and public transport. The house is tidy, clean and modern. With a relaxing outdoor area to chillout in. The room available has a very comfortable queen sized bed with mirrored built in wardrobes. It is really important that housemates like cats.
Extremely quiet, well appointed town house you would be sharing with one 58 year old male. The room is large enough to take a king size bed and comes with its own bathroom and has a large built in wardrobe The complex has a heated swimming pool and two tennis courts. Although the description says on streets parking there is some off street. Internet is not connected as I use hotspot wifi for my needs

Shop/Doctor/Chemist/Cafes’/Marina/ are an 10 min walk. Bus is at the top of the street. Off street parking is available. 5 min drive to major shopping centre. I've got a large partly furnished room available in the centre of Sutherland's business area. Fantastic location for easy access to local shops, public transport and all that's in/around the shire. The apartment is on the top floor and overlooks the national park so it's a nice relaxed vibe close to nature with awesome views to the south. It's great to sit out on the large balcony on sunny days and watch/listen to the cockatoo's or catch a sunset. The complex has secure swipe access with lift, a small gym (not great though), indoor pool/spa and sauna. Its a 5 minute walk to the station and bus terminal with shops (Coles/IGA) across the road, restaurants nearby, coffee shop, bottleshop, pub, sushi train and the aquatic centre within walking distance down the road. Pretty much on the doorstep to the Sutherland business area with great links to get out of Sydney (south coast) if you want to. The room has a queen size bed and bookshelf together with built in wardrobe with full length mirror doors. Heaps of natural light! I also have unlimited internet which, together with electricity, is included with rent.
