The house is 4 bedrooms - with 2 bathrooms and a powder room attached to the laundry. We have all the usuals that you'd expect in 2018 - dishwasher, aircon, NBN, washing machine and a fiddle leaf fig, so it's nice and homey. Although, the place came with 90s blue couches, but they're actually pretty comfy. Luckily, there's plenty of on-street parking, and the building has visitors spots which are usually free. We have courtyards at both the front and the back of the house, so plenty of spots for outdoor dinners and bbqs or just afternoon lazing with a vino. Lastly, we have HEAPS of storage space. We've got a garage, 2 linen closets, as well as storage up in the attic.
