Apartment is awesome, I’ve been here for a year now and still love the place itself and it’s locailty. It’s a clean and open apartment with its own balcony. Your room will fit a double bed and has built in wardrobes. You have your own bathroom too. Nice chill space, I like to have music going on the back ground when I’m home, which can be for days straight or the complete opposite (you might not see me for days). I am sometimes up for a chat, and sometimes not, I just go with a flow so it’ll help if you do too! Extra points if you can plaster walls.

Temporary stay in a private room until the First of Feb next year. I am going home for Christmas (Netherlands) so need someone to stay temporarily. Rent is negotiable :). Place is available from Wednesday the 12th of December! The property itself is a huge house, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one is an ensuite) and this room has its own downstairs toilet. The room is definitely the largest in the house and has a large wardrobe with mirrors on the rolling doors. It also has a bed already in it that you are welcome to use - it’s a double with a mattress. An Ikea purchase made on 6 months ago! The location is great as well right near parliament and other government departments - if you’re studying and/or don’t have a car there is a bus at the end of the street that goes straight through parliament towards ANU. The whole trip takes between 15-20 minutes. I’m going back home for Christmas (Netherlands) until Feb first but there is two housemates (one is a doctor and one is a pharmacist) who are both really nice people. Electricity and internet are shared, which came to about $150 each for the last quarter. Internet is $20 each a month for VDSL. Water is included in the rent and this is a gas less property! Canberra outlet centre is about a 10 minute drive as well!
