In a quiet side street but within walking distance to multiple shopping complexes, tram station and tram route. It takes ~20 minutes to get into the city from here (by train). House has thick concrete walls and stays cool in the summer, the bedrooms are not adjacent so you cant really hear the other person at all.
It is a lovely new and modern apartment, clean and light filled. There is a good sized private decked courtyard. It has great access to several tram lines, and is very close to Royal Children's, Women's and Melbourne Hospital, and Melbourne Uni. I do not yet have Internet there, but will probably organise something soon.

I love living in North Melbourne as it is located so close to the city (less than 2kms), universities and hospitals. Errol street shops is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment and public transport including buses and the 57 tram stop right outside our doorstep. The ground floor apartment is located on a quite street and neighbourhood is quiet although on some occasions free concerts can be heard from Etihad Stadium.

The house - The house is a 3-bedroom terrace house, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is 1 bathroom, a laundry with a washing machine, a kitchen and a big back yard - great for summer with a nice pecan tree, and also a covered sitting area down the side of the house. We keep all our communal living areas clean and tidy. Not a party house, but the occasional gathering is okay :) About us - we are 2 girls - easy-going homebodies. We both work full time and are very tidy, relaxed/quiet and spend most nights watching TV and eating large amounts of chocolate. We also have a pet turtle and two guinea pigs. You - We're looking for a clean, employed and easy-going human that would like to live with us :) Someone that can pay bills and rent on time without being asked and does their share.
