Hi all, my housemate is relocating meaning I need a new roomie for this awesome apartment! The place is two bedrooms, and you'll be occupying the smaller of the two complete with a built in robe and unfurnished. The apartment itself is in an excellent location, just a few kms from the CBD with a tram stop right outside the door and a five minute walk to Flemington Bridge train station! There's an IGA and gym downstairs, as well as an oval complete with tennis courts right across the road. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and up to date but I'm more than happy to take in any extra furnishings that your heart may desire.

Our house has super easy access to the 59 and 57 tram lines, the Upfield train line and bike path. Very close to Melbourne University, Royal Park and the city. There is a Woolworths about 10 minutes walk away, and other supermarkets, shops and cafes at Barkly Square in Brunswick 10 minutes bike ride/5 minutes train ride away. The house comes fully furnished with a dining table, couch, coffee table, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom shelves and a few pot plants. The rooms are not furnished (photos were taken before our current housemates moved out!). Both rooms do include wardrobes that came with the house and are big enough to also fit a desk, double bed and side table (with extra room to dance in the larger one). Electricity, water, internet and gas bills are all shared. We have an outdoor washing line and an outdoor courtyard that's ideal for eating breakfast in the sunshine and sharing drinks with friends in the evening in summer.
